Corporate Social Responsibility

At Bhageria, environment sustainability is not just compliance to laws it is more about our concern. It is as important to us as our business growth. We being a proactive organisation emphasised on investment to develop environment management systems, install effluent treatment plants and developing a green belt within the factory premises by planting various species of trees.

We are amongst the few dyes intermediates manufacturing companies globally to have internationally recognised processes that ensure minimum waste generated per unit, treat wastes to permissible limits before disposal, emits fewer pollutants and recycle & reuse wastes. We take our concern for environment one-step ahead by motivating and providing regular training to employees for encouraging them to reduce water, fuel and energy consumption.

Experiences

We undertake CSR activities either directly or through contribution to various trusts. In 2022-23, we spent a sum of Rs. 1.67 Crores towards improving healthcare, eradicating hunger & poverty, promoting education and rural development. We have also arranged for basic facilities such as drinking water nearby schools, and cultural centres in nearby villages. We are actively focused on enhancing activities in the areas of education and healthcare.

CSR Annual Report 2023-2024

Bhageria Foundation

Bhageria Foundation is an organization which focuses on different social issues of the society, mainly works in Mumbai city, Mumbai suburban section of Maharashtra.

Bhageria Foundation focuses on Health and Education sector of the community. In the Health Sector, Bhageria Foundation do awareness campaigns, Eye camps for visually impaired people and working on a helpline for the employment of disabled people.

Project Healthcare

In India around 8.25 Million people facing eye related issues and one of them is Cataract. In Kombhalane, many elder people facing cataract issue and many of them can’t do operations because of poor financial background, so we decided to do their operation direct through Shri Guruji Rugnalaya in Nashik district. In this project many people got benefited and recovered their eye vision.
